The bathroom carries an unpleasant odor, and the nightly loud bar music disrupts sleep!!! The shuttle service to the beach lacks punctuality, leaving guests waiting longer than necessary!!!

The stay was quite challenging. The room we were given was right above a nightclub, making it hard to sleep with all the noise. When we reached out to the reception for help, we were told that changing rooms would only be possible the following day, which didn’t happen. On top of that, there were issues with cold water in the shower and a lack of room service for basic needs like bed-making and towel exchanges. The location, however, was near some interesting attractions and had nearby food options, which was a slight positive in an otherwise disappointing experience.

The rooftop pool was sweet as for a dip after a big day. But man, the noise from the nearby clubs was just too much, eh?

An evening of unexpected joys

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the Al Riqqa metro station, which made exploring Dubai easy. The rooftop swimming pool was a delightful bonus, surprisingly quiet and refreshing after a day out. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering enough variety to cater to different tastes.

Unfortunately, the bathroom showed signs of neglect, and there were a few cleanliness issues encountered during my stay. The staff's customer service left much to be desired, with slow check-ins that tested my patience, and some minor issues that took time to resolve.

absolutely not what I expected, being offered cold food and then being told to re-boil my eggs is beyond absurd, and let's not forget the noise from the bar which made a peaceful night’s sleep impossible. I mean, surely I should've been given some complimentary upgrade for my troubles? It’s just baffling, really.

Nice place with excellent amenities like wi-fi in rooms, a 24-hour reception, and an outdoor swimming pool. The staff helped me find the right route during my first stay. I recommend enjoying their complimentary breakfast. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.
